Anything that is flavored like a dessert is right up my alley! This Apple Pie Smoothie has all the flavors of Apple Pie, but without the calories! Plus, its packed with nutrients, so not only are you getting that sweet tooth taken care of, but actually getting healthier as you drink it! Now thats a win! :) This recipe is great as breakfast, dessert, or a a pre/post workout shake! Also, this recipe is vegan (using About Time’s Vegan Protein Powder) unless you choose to use whey protein instead of vegan protein. Either way the recipe will be great!

Ingredients
  • - 1 scoop Vanilla About Time Vegan Protein Powder (25% off code: FANTASTICALLYFIT)
  • - 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • - 1 cup Ice
  • - 1 + ⅛ cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • - ⅓ cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • - 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • - 1 teaspoon Maca Powder (optional)
  • - ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • - ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Toast the old fashioned oats in a toaster oven or oven for approximately 3 minutes until slightly browned.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Drink up!
