This side dish seriously tastes like you are eating something sinful. Yet, surprisingly it is healthy! I also love this dish because it only takes about 5 minutes to prep. I then pop it in the oven and forget about it while I cook the rest of the meal!

Cauliflower Poppers

  • ½ head of Cauliflower, chopped into medium/small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Mrs. Dash Seasoning, Original
  • ⅛ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • Dash Herbamare Seasoning and Onion Powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Mix together the olive oil with all the ingredients except the cauliflower in a large bowl.
  3. Toss all the of the cauliflower pieces in the mixture until coated.
  4. Spread pieces on a baking sheet covered with tinfoil.
  5. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until crispy tossing cauliflower half way through.
Can easily be doubled to serve more!
