This side dish seriously tastes like you are eating something sinful. Yet, surprisingly it is healthy! I also love this dish because it only takes about 5 minutes to prep. I then pop it in the oven and forget about it while I cook the rest of the meal!
Cauliflower Poppers

Ingredients
- ½ head of Cauliflower, chopped into medium/small pieces
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Mrs. Dash Seasoning, Original
- ⅛ cup Nutritional Yeast
- Dash Herbamare Seasoning and Onion Powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Mix together the olive oil with all the ingredients except the cauliflower in a large bowl.
- Toss all the of the cauliflower pieces in the mixture until coated.
- Spread pieces on a baking sheet covered with tinfoil.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until crispy tossing cauliflower half way through.
Notes
Can easily be doubled to serve more!

Can u find nutritional yeast at ur regular market? And what is it, never heard of it before.
Nutritional yeast is packed with nutrition, particularly B-vitamins, folic acid, selenium, zinc, and protein. It’s low in fat, gluten-free (check specific brands for certification), and contains no added sugars or preservatives. i use it for its flavor which is cheesy and nutty. The only substitution would be actual cheese, but then you are increasing calories and fat. You can get them at all health food stores. I purchase mine on vitacost.com
