Curry Spiced Chicken and Meal Prep 101

Ingredients
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Filets
  • ½ tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Curry Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all the spices together and rub the spices on top of each breast.
  3. Cook for approximately 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
