Quinoa Prep
Recipe type: Side Dish
  • 1 cup Uncooked Tricolor Quiona (or regular quinoa)
  • 2 cups water (or low sodium chicken broth)
  1. Place water and quinoa into a pot on medium heat.
  2. Once the water begins to boil move to low heat and cover until there is almost no water left.
  3. Fluff with a fork and serve.
Only use chicken broth if you plan to use the quinoa in savory dishes. If you plan to use it for breakfasts as well use water.
