Spiced Hemp Seed Chicken

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • ½ cup Hulled Hemp Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with tinfoil sprayed with non-stick spray, set aside.
  3. Mix together all the ingredients and place in a shallow dish.
  4. Then roll each chicken breast on both sides in the coating mixture.
  5. Place the chicken breasts on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  7. Eat up!
