Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad
  • ¾ cup Fresh Raspberries
  • ½ cup White Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Agave
  • Romain Lettuce, chopped
  • Cooked Chicken, chopped
  • Walnuts, chopped
  • Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • Dried Cranberries (I used apple juice sweetened)
  1. Blend all the dressing ingredients together until smooth. Pour onto salad or salad of choice. Store in an airtight container or mason jar in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss.
This recipe could easily be made vegetarian or vegan by omitting the chicken and or goat cheese.
