Easy and Delicious Tuna Patties

  • Ingredients:
  • - 1 small can No Salt Added In Water Tuna, drained
  • - 1 Whole Egg
  • - ½ Medium Zucchini, diced
  • - 1 tablespoon Old Fashioned Oats
  • - ½ tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • - 1 tabespoon Tomato Paste
  • - 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • - 1 teaspoon Herbamare Seasoning or Seasoning of choice
  • - 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • - ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • - ½ teaspoon Allspice
  1. Finely chop ½ zucchini (I used a food processor) and cook on a pan using coconut oil or olive oil until zucchini softens.
  2. Then mix all of the ingredients together and shape the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a pan on high heat until it is hot, then place all 4 patties on the pan and turn it to medium heat.
  4. Flatten the patties with a spatula.
  5. Let them cook for a little bit and flip.
  6. Both sides should be browned and the center should be cooked through.
These are great served hot or cold.

This recipe is very versatile. Don’t have all the seasonings? Use different ones! Don’t have zucchini? Use onion! Don’t have tomato paste? Use ketchup!

Recipe can easily be doubled for meal prep.
