Tomato Basil Tofu Pizza

Ingredients
  • 1 Package Extra Firm Tofu
  • Fresh Basil (or Italian Seasoning)
  • Olive Oil
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Sriracha (optional)
  • Nutritional Yeast
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Rinse tofu and then squeeze excess water and dry tofu using a paper towel.
  3. Cut tofu into thin strips ~20. And place the tofu onto a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
  4. Spoon marinara sauce and nutritional yeast onto tofu strips.
  5. Then drizzle with sriracha.
  6. Put one basil leaf on each tofu strips (or season with Italian Seasoning).
  7. Then spray/drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes until tofu is nice and crispy!
Notes
Eat Dairy? Use cheese instead!

There is a ton of variety with these! I have put chicken sausage on them before and that is great too!

Best served with a side. Last night I served it with parsnips and zucchini.
