Ingredients
Pancake Pizza Crust
  • ½ cup Oat Flour
  • ¼ cup About Time Vanilla Protein Powder (25% off code: fantasticallyfit)
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Non Fat Greek Yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon Butter Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Yogurt Sauce
  • ¾ cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tablespoon Honey
Toppings
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the pancake ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Split batter in half (approximately ⅔ cup per pancake) to make 2 large pancakes.
  3. On a griddle or pan sprayed with non-stick spray on medium/low heat, place the batter on pan
  4. Allow it to cook flipping halfway through.
  5. While the pancakes are cooking make the Yogurt Sauce by blending it in a mini food processor or with a spoon until smooth and creamy.
  6. Spread the yogurt sauce on top of each pancake.
  7. Sprinkle with granola and berries.
  8. Slice and eat up!
