"Breaded" Fish Sticks
Recipe type: Entree, Appetizer
  • 3 lbs Salmon
  • ½ cup Oat Flour (or grind a heaping ½ cup of Old Fashioned Oats)
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • All Natural Marinara, for dipping
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Cut the skin off the salmon and then cut it in the to strips and set aside.
  3. Place the 2 eggs in a shallow bowl and whisk them. In a separate shallow bowl mix together all the other ingredients.
  4. Dip each piece of fish in the egg and then dip it in the oat flour mixture until all sides of fish are coated.
  5. Then place it on a baking sheet. Bake from 15-20 minutes or until the fish sticks are cooked to your preference.
  6. Serve with marinara for dipping
This recipe can easily be halved or doubled.
