This year has been an interesting year one of many challenges and one of many great things! 2013 has been an extra special year because it was the year that fitfunandfantastic.com was born!!! Choosing 13 recipes proved to be exceptionally tough, but I managed to narrow it down! Hope you enjoy my top 13 recipes of 2013 :)

1. Berry Balsamic Glazed Salmon

This recipe is sooo easy and versatile! Whether I make it with cherries or berries or use chicken or salmon my family ALWAYS loves this meal!

2. No Sugar Added Granola

This recipe is a staple in my household! I make it every Sunday to have on hand for the week! I use it in yogurt, as cereal or even in my Baked Pear Recipe. And lets not forget it makes the house smell heavenly!

Mexican food is one of my faves so I LOVE these! They taste soo sinful, yet are actually healthy!

4. Parsnip French Fries

These fries seriously make my life soooo much better! They really really taste like fries! Don’t believe me? Ask my veggie fearing brother-in-law who happily gobbles these up!

This is literally my go to recipe when ever I don’t know what to make. I will never forget the surprise on my Dad’s face when he ate this and actually loved it! He still requests it all the time.

Great for breakfast or dessert! I have made so many variations of this recipe and it never disappoints!

Such a great and easy veggie entree! My whole family and I can’t get enough of this one.

These are awesome because they are a great way to feel like you are having donuts for breakfast, but they are healthy (shhhh!)

Okay okay, so I know I said top 13, for 2013. But, I just couldn’t decide. And it’s going to be 2014 right? So in honor of 2014 I had to put this Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Chicken as the 14th recipe.
