This breakfast was a perfect way to start the spring season! So flavorful and easy to make. Plus, oat bran is so filling and has many great health benefits which you can read about in one of my first blog posts Vanilla Protein Oat Bran. So get in the spring spirit and try out this delicious breakfast!
- ⅓ cup Oat Bran
- 1 cup Water
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Zest and juice of half a Lemon
- 1 Stevia Packet
- Handful Raspberries, mashed
- Mix together all ingredient except the raspberries in a pot and cook over medium heat until almost no water is left.
- Then mix in the mashed raspberries and eat up!
