Even though I am no longer doing the sugar detox, I still try to be mindful of adding sugar to desserts and just sugars in general! I was craving something sweet and I absolutely love all things pumpkin!!! This recipes is dairy free and vegan with only naturally occurring sugar! I call that a win!

Yes tofu makes this pudding creamy without any cream!
- 14 oz Soft Tofu
- 15 oz Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Ripe Banana
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Maple Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Optional: Add Stevia, Maple Syrup, or Honey (if you want it sweeter)
- Top with Pecans
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy!
- Eat up! :)
