Even though I am no longer doing the sugar detox, I still try to be mindful of adding sugar to desserts and just sugars in general! I was craving something sweet and I absolutely love all things pumpkin!!! This recipes is dairy free and vegan with only naturally occurring sugar! I call that a win! :)

Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Yes tofu makes this pudding creamy without any cream!

Pumpkin Pie Pudding

No Sugar Added Vegan Pumpkin Pie Pudding
Recipe type: Dessert
  • 14 oz Soft Tofu
  • 15 oz Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Maple Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Optional: Add Stevia, Maple Syrup, or Honey (if you want it sweeter)
  • Top with Pecans
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy!
  2. Eat up! :)
NOTE: Eat just with a spoon, spread on apples, on toast etc!
