Rice Pudding

  • 1 cup Brown Rice, cooked
  • 1 Ripe Banana, mashed
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Raisins
  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the raisins and rice to plump up.
  3. Serve hot or cold!
