Tonight’s dinner was a creation of  having nothing in the house to eat! I always have chicken on hand because I can always find a way to whip something up with it. Today was no different, except I absolutely LOVED how it turned out! Simple and flavorful my family gave it 2 thumbs up!

Sesame Chicken Straps

Sesame Chicken Strips
 
Ingredients
  • SESAME CHICKEN STRIPS
  • Recipe by: Amy Clevenger, Fit Fun and Fantastic
  • Serves 3-4 people
  • Ingredients:
  • - 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, sliced into strips
  • - Bragg's Liquid Aminos(or Soy Sauce)
  • - Toasted Sesame Seeds (I get mine from the spice aisle at the market)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place sliced chicken breasts on a cookie sheet covered in tinfoil with nonstick spray.
  3. Drizzle Braggs Liquid Aminos on the chicken.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, sprinkle both sides of the chicken strips with the toasted sesame seeds.
  6. Serve with more Braggs Liquid Aminos for dipping!
