The weather is Los Angeles is FINALLY getting cold! When it is cold outside all I want is comfort foods like pasta, hot chocolate and chili. I have been meaning to create a stuffed pasta shell recipe for a while and the cold weather gave me the exact inspiration and push I needed to create it. My hubby and I were both in love with this recipe and enjoyed leftovers for a couple of days after.
