  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 2 tablespoons Non Fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Medjool Date, pitted
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 1 Medium Sized Carrot, peeled
  • ⅛ cup Pecans
  • ½ tablespoon Chia Seeds
  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and drink up!
